Church at the Gate started on January 5, 2020 in a local food kitchen. We are “A Unique People Worshipping the Lord in Unique Ways.” The beauty of our uniqueness finds its foundation in God as Creator, and us, His people as His creation. Difference finds appreciation when that difference in creation reflects the beauty of the qualities of the Lord. Our uniqueness never conceals or condones sin, but rather our uniqueness gets discovered as individuals express their admiration and love for the Lord. Our desire is to provide opportunity for individuals to honor the Lord as they serve Him, the Church and the Community.
We were founded on 4 basic principles that govern our decisions as leaders and we believe creates a safe and meaningful environment. These four principles answer one important question, Does what we are doing empower growth spiritually and relationally in others? The four principles are:

Protecting the message of the Gospel, integrity of Scripture, personal dignity, and the growth of the church.

Graciously inviting everyone, without judgment or bias, to experience the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and transforming work of Jesus Christ.

Transforming opportunities as people experience becoming more Christ-centered.

Building others in spiritual maturity, ministry opportunities and personal engagement in a missional lifestyle.
Our Mission
Empowering transformation for every generation (Acts 2:39) vigilantly and graciously by equipping individuals (Ephesians 4:1-16) to be Kingdom Leaders reaching their neighbors and the world for Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:16-20; Acts 1:1-8).
Our Vision
People are transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ’s blood, empowered by the Holy Spirit in gifting and lifestyle, and equipped to be Kingdom Leaders through the Word of God as they reach their communities and world with the hope of Jesus Christ.
